vibrant atmospheresmart decorfriendly staffbirthday surprise
I enjoyed a vibrant and very modern atmosphere at this hotel. The bar and reception area were amazing. I loved the design. The room decor looked smart and very functional. The staff was very friendly. They knew it was my birthday and left balloons, a message on the mirror, and sweets in the room.
The pillows and the bed were too soft. I woke with a bit of neck pain.

The bar staff were friendly and made amazing cocktails, offering great conversation. Alla greeted me like an old friend each time I was at the bar. The bartenders know how to make all the classic cocktails.

The location of the television in my room was perfect for watching from bed. The bathroom was super clean and had amazing toiletries, and the shower was just fantastic. The hotel is very central and has lots of entertainment.

i found the room modern with a comfortable bed i also noticed the shower had good water pressure. the communal areas had comfortable seating the bar offered a variety of drinks.
the in-room air conditioning was a little noisy at night.

i enjoyed the complimentary cocktail upon my arrival. the decor throughout the hotel, including in my room, was great. it was like more than a standard hotel.
The corridor carpet had plastic coverings. This made moving luggage difficult.

the staff were super cute and helpful, and everyone had such a positive vibe. the decor and lighting in the dining area and bar created this amazing relaxing atmosphere, its great for just chilling out. plus, we got a complimentary drink when we arrived, i really liked it!
the parking situation, it was a bit of a nightmare. there was a sign showing underground parking but turns out you have to book and pay using a qr code, private parking. also, the hot food at breakfast wasn't great, the sausages tasted like they were meat-free and there wasn't much choice really.

one morning there was very loud music and shouting from the room above mine until 9 am. it made it impossible to sleep at all.

weak wi-fijammed door
the room felt quite cold. i couldn't adjust the temperature higher, it seemed preset to a low level of heat. i expected a fridge. the bathroom door jammed several times, my girlfriend even got stuck once. the wi-fi connection was really weak too and kept dropping.

The hotel staff were really nice. I was happy about the EV charger, it made things easier. Free cocktails upon arrival seemed like a nice touch. I also liked the blackout curtains in the room, and I slept well because there are no annoying bright lights.
The gym was quite small. It had only basic equipment, I hoped for more. The breakfast selection felt a little limited. I think there should be more options for the price they charge.
